Cultural Heritage Education Workshops
Our Educational based Cultural Heritage Education Camps are 1 to 2 nights, and ideal for school, community or corporate groups. Be immersed in Aboriginal Cultural activities including guided visits to sites, traditional dance workshops, dreaming stories around the campfire, bush resource and more. Students get an amazing opportunity to experience our indigenous culture, discover the land and participate in traditional activities.
The camp grounds (tent only) are situated on Murrook’s fresh water lake with close access to the ancient Aboriginal sites and the largest Coastal Sand Dune System in the Southern Hemisphere. Campers have access to showers and toilets and catering can be arranged upon request from our indoor kitchen and dining area.
An Aboriginal Heritage Education Officer will work with you in the initial stages to develop your own personal camp program, they will also stay with your group during the camp sharing an age old culture of this beautiful land.
Cost varies depending on length of stay.
